Privacy notice

Last updated 31 August 2026

This notice explains how ISA Education Technologies Ltd handles personal information when you use the public ISA Bridge website or contact us about our products.

Who we are

ISA Education Technologies Ltd is a UK-registered company (company no. 15632053) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For questions about this notice, email [email protected].

Information we may receive

If you contact us, request a demo or begin a commercial discussion, we may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, role, product interests and the contents of your message. The demo request form sends the details you enter directly to the ISA Bridge team over an encrypted connection so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Our hosting provider may also create technical security logs such as IP address, browser type, request time and requested page. This public website does not currently use marketing or behavioural analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations.
  • To understand a prospective customer’s requirements and prepare a proposal.
  • To provide support and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases will usually be taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and commercial correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the discussion, support relationship, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Security logs are retained according to the relevant hosting and security policy.

Sharing and international transfers

We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, email, security and professional services. We do not sell personal information. ISA Bridge customer instances are hosted in the United Kingdom. Where any information is processed outside the UK, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required.

ISA Bridge customer data

This public website notice is separate from the data-processing arrangements for a school using ISA Bridge. Those arrangements, including hosting location, sub-processors, retention and exit, are set out in the customer agreement and summarised on our security and data page. In a customer deployment, the school or trust will usually decide why and how personal data is used and will normally act as controller; ISA Education Technologies Ltd will normally process data under the customer agreement and data-processing terms. The precise roles depend on the service and configuration.

Biometric access is optional. Any school considering biometric information must assess the applicable UK data-protection and education requirements, provide the required information and choices, and select an appropriate alternative access method where required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing, and receive portable data. You can contact us at [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website and our services develop. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
