These terms apply to the public website at isabridge.com. Product subscriptions, implementation, support, hardware and data processing are governed by the agreement issued to each customer.
About this website
The website is operated by ISA Education Technologies Ltd, company no. 15632053, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Contact: [email protected].
Information, availability and product scope
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content is general information and is not professional advice or a binding offer. Product capabilities depend on the agreed subscription, configuration, integrations, hardware, site design and rollout. ISA Timetables is a separate add-on. ISA Safeguard and ISA Studio capabilities, approved data views, availability and launch scope are confirmed during discovery and in the applicable customer agreement.
We may change website content, product naming or availability without notice. A signed proposal or order takes precedence over this website.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that causes harm, or use its content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, design, product interfaces, graphics, photographs, software and branding belong to ISA Education Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for evaluating ISA Bridge, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit the website without permission.
Automated extraction and competitive use
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, or where we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not systematically scrape, harvest or compile this website; use its content or product representations to create a competing requirements catalogue, interface specification or derivative commercial product; or use them to train, fine-tune, benchmark or evaluate an automated model or product-development system.
Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising solely from reliance on public website content or from temporary unavailability. These limitations do not replace any commitments in a customer contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
